matt mcinerney: Subscribe via Email

I added a “Subscribe via Email” button to the side of the site today. I’m not sure if it’s necessary, but I thought I’d make it an option though. I’d be interested to see how many readers will try it. I’m happy using a feed reader, but I do have plenty of friends that don’t know what a feed reader is. Not sure how many blogs they read though… What are your experiences with RSS versus email subscription?

And you can always subscribe with the normal RSS feed.

While Converge and Cave In were both in the midst of their heaviest stages, Kid Kilowatt’s first and only LP, “Guitar Method” is in sharp contrast. From the Fugazi-esque sound of songs like “The Scope” to the almost folk-like around-the-camp-fire sound of “Rushing to Relax,” I think it’s fair to say that fans of Converge and Cave In would be surprised.
