I’ve been reading through The Documentary Blog for a while now, looking for some new documentaries to check out. I’ve watched a lot over the past year, so I thought I’d list some of my favorites, and ask what everyone else has been enjoying. Here’s my list:

May I suggest The Documentaries of Louis Malle & American Hardcore … two of my favorite documentary releases from the past year.
“Word Wars” is pretty good, especially if you liked Wordplay.
“Who killed the electric car?” is eye opening.
One documentary that sounds interesting but is actually quite boring: “10 mph.” Seriously, watch it when you have nothing better to do.
Just watched “When the Levees Broke” – it was heavy, but the photography is really amazing. Other than that I’ve seen most of the ones you listed…Helvitica is badass – saw it at SXSW.

Though downtown Dallas might like to get in on the fun, Arlington has been home for the Rangers since they moved to Texas in 1972.
