Schoolhouse Rocks!

I found a great app the other day called Schoolhouse. It’s a great freeware app from Logan Collins and it’s something I’ve been looking for for quite a while. I’m a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and as great as iCal is for keeping track of my schedule, I haven’t had a way to keep track of all of my projects and assignments. Schoolhouse finally does it all. You can add all your courses, professors, rooms, and times, then add all the assignments pertaining to those courses. It allows you to set priority, due date, kind and comments. And once you finish a project, you don’t need to delete it, just check complete, add the grade, and Schoolhouse will track the grades to make charts and averages. It also includes a calculator that let’s you find your GPA. And in case you were wondering about integration, yes, you can use Schoolhouse to send assignments to iCal or to your iPod. Schoolhouse is a fantastic app, and I love that it’s free. If you’re in college or high school, I highly recommend it.
